Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Griselda was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and wants to work out more often

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Aldous was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aldous's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
