Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
