Personality: Gerald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears a tight fitting red shirt and pants. Her black hair is well kept. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cecily embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to end her boredom
