History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Gardener. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Gardener for the past few years.

She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Susannah was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
