Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Jocelyn was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Engraver. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
