Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oriel embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Oriel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Oriel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
