Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adelaide embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Avice is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student she started as a Animal Trainer, but she got bored and became a Crown-heir. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
