Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
