His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Jocelyn was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
