Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Mayor soon after.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He's in love; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He tends to wear a large blue jacket. His silver hair is long and unkept. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Tanner who has hired him part-time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
