He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Dustin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Alex has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Stylist. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stylist responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and many giants want him driven away
