Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Unemployed; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her black hair is cut short. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Mayor, but she got bored and became a Ruler. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
