When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When William reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To be a Detective again; and wishes to resurrect an old love
