History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in the west to a Spy, Anthony learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Dustin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
