History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barrister. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull violet iron scale mail. Her tied-back hair is brown. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ahlyssa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ahlyssa. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a white vest and prefers green and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to unite with his sister
