After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and many orcs want her driven away

History: She was born in the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Being a Sailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
