History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
