History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ermina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
