Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Cory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arnold grew up listening to his father's many stories. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
