History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rohesia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rohesia. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
