History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Peter was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Millicent is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
