Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tim.
