History: Shane was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Aline lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Navigator, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She struck the Servant job and began her own company from there.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. After a long history of fighting, Avelina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and expand her business
