History: Jacoba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
