Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born in the south. When Roger reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Susannah isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Anne is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She got into the Servant business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Beggar, but she got bored and became a Servant. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Diggory is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
