History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Lewis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a very tight haircut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
