History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gilbert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gilbert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Baker. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Helen lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: An older man who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is long and red with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Gomory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered giants who tried to eat her hand. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
