Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'5" and wears a simple tan robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His red hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is very fat, and usually wears his brown robe and has his shortspear always slung over his shoulder. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Roland was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Hugh abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: This slender man stands about 6'3". He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Heward was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently the stress of being a Marshal has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a glassblower again
