Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scythe use. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

History: He got into the Sellsword business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Margery and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and regain custody of his son
