History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gerald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gerald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

His hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spy for the past few years.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
