History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears an entirely tan suit with yellow socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has moderate length black hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Adventurer who has hired her part-time. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
