History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Elysande grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Elysande. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. She has worked as a Slave Trader like her father before her.
