Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She worked as a nervous Architect and found it very stressful. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
