History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Williamina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
