Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Thomas reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is greedy

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality
