Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Eva is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He sports a flattop hair cut. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Henry was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: Elysande hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Elysande was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Courier. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and doesn't want to be a courier and was forced into it by her family
