History: Jacoba was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Elysande hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is fixated on the number 63. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and many orcs want her driven away
