After coming to the age of reason, Diggory took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

His hair is long and silver with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Alex isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and many dire rats want him driven away
