Description: 5'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Miles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Mary's homeland. Mary decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
