History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.
