Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.
