History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: Roland hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of brigands

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Ella and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
