History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Ahlyssa wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ahlyssa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
