History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Dustin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dustin grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Joan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she feels kind of lost in life
