Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Eloise lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Bernard was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Priest. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
