Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Giselle was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Giselle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Giselle was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
