History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Helen's homeland. Helen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Crown-heir business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jane grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
