Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. His hair is black and very short. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Her hair is golden and curly. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, brown shirt, and black tie. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
