History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
