History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
